I applied to be a new vendor for the 2021 Northern Wisconsin State Fair. Will I need to re-apply for consideration for the 2022 Northern Wisconsin State Fair?

For Emergencies Call 911

These areas are needed for Safety/Emergency personnel. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense if parked in Reserved Parking Area. (SEE MAP)

Inclement Weather:

Seek shelter in cement structures or permanent restrooms.

Smoking and/or Vaping:

Is not permitted inside or within 25 feet of any door or entryway of buildings, barns, tent structures, concert area, Northwestern Bank Grandstand seating, or among highly congested outdoor areas where patrons are gathered.

NO Pets/Animals:

Pets/animals are not allowed on the fairgrounds during the fair unless they are entered in a competitive exhibit or qualify as an ADA service dog.

Alcohol Age Verification:

The NWSF believes all alcoholic products should be enjoyed responsibly. For guests 21+ years of age, an approved wristband is required to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. ID verification wristband stations are located outside beer garden areas.

NO Coolers, Carry Ins of Food or Beverages

Indemnification & Photo Release:

By attending this event you indemnify the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association, Inc Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and associated governing organizations from any and all legal action. Additionally you authorize the use of your image in pictures, audio, and video productions for advertising and marketing needs of the NWSF, Sponsors, or Vendors of the Fair.

Indemnification

By attending the Northern Wisconsin State Fair (NWSF), you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID – 19 exists in any public gathering where people are present. By attending the NWSF, you, your family, and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19 and agree to indemnify and not to hold NWSF staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors & exhibitors, carnival, board of directors, and all business and organizations related to the NWSF, liable for any illness or injury, including death.

Be Kind and Be Respectful

CDC guidelines for fully vaccinated individuals can resume activities without masks or physical distancing. Unvaccinated individuals are asked to wear a mask in all situations that social distance cannot be honored. Please use good judgement when deciding if a situation warrants the respect and courtesy of putting your mask on. Masks are provided throughout the Fairgrounds. We value all who attend “It’s as Family Affair, Be Kind and Be Respectful”.


PLEASE keep our grounds & parking areas clean by using trash and recycle bins wherever possible. Be part of our sustainability practices!

Ways to Save

Time is ticking though and all of these end July 11 at Midnight and Leinenkugel's Main Stage tickets increase by $5 at the gate (premium, reserve, and grandstand tickets).

Kwik Trip Carload Day, Thursday, July 11:

Get your coupon at any local Kwik Trip store in the Chippewa Valley to redeem on Thursday, July 11 anytime between 9am-4pm at the Main Gate for admission to the Northern Wisconsin State Fair AND Parking for just $15 (July 11 Only). Everyone who fits in your car (SAFELY) will receive admission and parking is included, all for $15.

  • One Kwik Trip coupon admits one carload (parking included)
  • Redeem anytime between 9am-4pm (no exceptions for before or after this timeframe)
  • No limit on number of persons per vehicle (but everyone needs to be safely secured in their cars, safety first!)
  • Carnival opens at Noon
  • Coupons available at Kwik Trip stores ONLY throughout the Chippewa Valley

Free Admission and Parking Options

  • All Active Duty and Retired Military Service Personnel with Military Id Receive Free Admission July 10-14
  • Fair Admission and Parking is FREE on Sunday, July 14 9-10:30am
  • There will be FREE Parking and Shuttle Service Located at Chippewa Area Youth Hockey Arena (839 1st Avenue) and Mason Companies Parking Lot (just behind the hockey arena) on Wednesday, July 10 - Saturday, July 13 from 4pm-11:30pm
  • Returning to the fair is our FREE MONITORED BIKE PARKING TENT at the MAIN GATE ENTRANCE where you can ride your bikes to the fair and SAVE on parking. Bike parking is FREE. Thanks to Our Friends at Spring Street Sports and Friends of Hickory Ridge Trails, staffed hours include: Monday-Saturday, 9am-9pm and Sunday 10am-4pm
