Welcome to the 2019 Northern Wisconsin State Fair Entries and Exhibits Information Page. Within these tabs, you will find all the information you will need to enter our school exhibit divisions.
History and tradition of the Northern Wisconsin State Fair goes back over 120 years, with the purpose of bringing the members of the community together to share and learn from each other. In 2017, there were over 7000 exhibits, educational and informational demonstrations in all the buildings on the fairground. We had over 5000 exhibitors in our Open, Junior and School Divisions, and awarded over $20,000.00 in prize money to exhibitors. We are proud to carry on that tradition into 2019.
School Exhibits are open to Chippewa County Public and Private Schools and Homeschool Groups and entries must be submitted through your school.
Please note entry deadlines and dates listed in each Exhibitor Guide. Save money and get the Early Bird entry fee if you enter before Friday, June 14. On-line entries are encouraged and that deadline is June 14. There are significant changes to schedules and some department listings this year. Plan early as some exhibits must be delivered to the fairgrounds in June.
Please share this information with your friends and family. Make the “Fair Tradition” a “Family Tradition”! If you have questions about entering, e-mail us at: nwsfentry@nwsfa.com
Please note: Because you are not required to pay to enter this competition, exhibitors do not receive a season pass.
Exhibits and Premium checks must be picked up Tuesday, July 16, 2019
