Welcome: Exhibitor Guide and Premium List

Early Bird Entry Deadline is June 13th for Mailed Entries and June 18th for Online Entries. Absolutely NO Entries or Changes will be Accepted After June 22nd. Link to Online Entries can be found within the Premium List in your respective category. Please read all details within your category carefully before selecting to enter online.

Any entries received by mail or walk-in between June 14th through June 22nd will have an exhibitor fee of $15.00.

The Northern Wisconsin State Fair (NWSF) Exhibitor Guide and Premium List is a listing of items offered for competitive exhibits entered at the fair. Exhibits are judged to determine the best of the best with Premiums (cash) paid to Exhibitors that excel in competitive exhibition.

We welcome youth to enter in Junior Fair Departments B-1 through B-34, which unless otherwise stated are open to any youth who are members of a Chippewa County 4-H, FFA, FHA-HERO, Scouting programs, breed groups. Youth must be residents of Chippewa County and belong to organized groups with an education program approved by the local fair.Exhibits in the Junior Fair shall be a result of the exhibitor’s own labor and may include a study, merit or other special project, a skill area, a supervised occupational experience or project, in which the exhibitor is regularly enrolled.Youth must have completed 3rd grade to be eligible to exhibit an animal.Grade “13” is one year following high school.If you are not a member of the above-named organizations, we welcome you to enter into the Open Class Exhibits.You will find the Open Class Premium Guide on our website or at the fair office.

Many hours of preparation go into making the fair an event that provides education, fun, food and entertainment for everyone.The Northern Wisconsin State Fair Board and Staff wish to thank the Chippewa County Extension Office, and the many volunteers who have invested hundreds of hours to present this information for the enjoyment and understanding of our community.We hope you will join us in carrying on the 122 years of Northern Wisconsin State Fair Tradition by participating in our competitive exhibits.

DID YOU KNOW?

As an exhibitor in Open or Junior Fair, you receive a week-long season pass to the 2018 Northern Wisconsin State Fair (July 11-15) upon delivery of your exhibit to the fairgrounds. Just one more reason to enter an exhibit in the fair! (Sorry, School exhibitors do not receive a season pass as they do not pay a fee to enter.)
