the enormous variety of opportunities – educational, agricultural, social, cultural, and commercial – available at the Northern Wisconsin State Fair. The purpose of the Fairest of the Fair position is to be the official Fair Ambassador, host, and representative
to promote the Northern Wisconsin State Fair.
The Fairest term is one year, from the date of coronation,
January 1, 2021, through the 2022 Wisconsin Association of Fairs - Fairest competition.
If you are selected as the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Fairest
of the Fair, you will:
Represent and promote the Northern Wisconsin State Fair at various activities throughout the
Compete at the Wisconsin State Fairest of the Fair competition to be held in early January
at Chula Vista in Wisconsin Dells
Have a chance to become the next Wisconsin State Fairest of the Fair representing all Fairs
in the State of Wisconsin
Work with the Fairest committee to attend events and functions throughout our community
Work with the Fairest committee and other fair employees to run Fairest social media accounts
Receive a $1,000 continuing education scholarship from
the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association, Inc.
this scholarship, you must complete a semester of college-level school and present your passing grade report for the first semester and proof of enrollment for the following semester. Upon completion and submission
to the Fair office, a check will be issued to you and the school you are attending. This continuing educational scholarship may be postponed for 2 years with approval by the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association.

must love the fair and be:
Sensitive to all types of people
Able to adapt to many situations
Pleasant to fair guests in all weather types
Appropriate with cell phone etiquette
Of service to the community
Up for a challenge

You may mail or drop your application off, now or before the due date, at the Northern
Wisconsin State Fair's main office, 225 Edward Street, Chippewa Falls. Applications are due to the Fair Office in early November, date is TBD.
