The Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds (NWSF) is a 501 (c)(3) Public Charity organization and we have numerous buildings available for your winter storage needs. All buildings are locked and we now have video cameras for added security of your property through the winter months. No access to stored property will be allowed during winter storage dates. Please - no padlocks on hitches and do not lock motor homes or car doors. Boat motors must be stored at least 12 inches off the grounds for safe movement into buildings. NWSF reserves the right to move any stored property to another location on the fairgrounds and lessee consents to the moving and such change in the storage location in the event of an emergency. Special storage needs, early storage & late removal arrangements are available.
Boats/campers <= 20’: $200.00
Boats/campers >20’: $10.00 per foot
Motor Home: $10.00 per foot
Pontoon: $10.00 per foot
Note: Hitches & overhangs will be included in footage of stored item.
Storage-In dates for returning customers - October 27 - November 3, 2019

Postcards are being sent to last year’s customers to the address on file as a reminder.
No access to property between storage in and removal dates. No padlocks on hitches or locked motor homes and/or vehicle doors. Boat motors must be up when stored. Fair personnel may be required to move property as needed. Property not removed by removal date may incur a late removal fee of $25.00 as determined by NWSF. For appointments or special arrangements - contact Joe Seckora (715-864-2428) during business hours (Monday-Thursday 8-4 and Friday 8-noon). Storage space is not guaranteed.

All stored property must be paid for in advance or when you bring your property to the Fairgrounds.
Fairgrounds Office hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 12:00 noon.
