Grand Opening Summer 2023 | Barn Replacement Project

Building Project Overview

These facilities are critical for continued youth education in agriculture, and animal exhibition needs for dairy & beef cattle and other species. New barn facilities will eliminate current tent rental expenses and increase non-fair events with additional revenues to aid operations.

This project will greatly impact our economy, education, and tourism to Chippewa Falls and region.

The NWSFA Board of Directors has authorized the Barn Replacement Project to move forward as we have generated donations and commitments to get this project off the ground. While we still have more funds to raise we are confident that we can get this project started while we continue to solicit donations for the completion of the project.

As of July 25, 2022, trees have been removed, and livestock barns, milk house, food stand, and the Extension Office have all been removed. We have secured conditional approval of four barn plans from the State of Wisconsin and bids have been distributed to General Contractors.
