Journalists and area Marketing Representatives are encouraged to use any information found on this site when reporting on the Northern Wisconsin State Fair. This includes logos, graphics, and photographs. Whenever possible, please list the Northern Wisconsin State Fair dates of July 10-14, 2024.

Partnerships with Media Representatives working in print, online, or broadcast news media producing original content for the purpose of reporting on the Fair are coordinated through the Build Your Brand Northern Wisconsin State Fair (Sponsorship) opportunities.

Media Relation/Interview Inquiries
Send an e-mail including your name, the media business you represent, the subject of your story, and the deadline date. Having this information ahead of time will allow us to identify the best resources available to fill the media/interview request. Following Media Sponsor Contracts, we kindly remind all that ALL on-site/Fair promotion and exhibitor/vendor media inquiries and interviews are asked to be coordinated this way.

Rusty Volk, CFE, is the Northern Wisconsin State Fair's primary interview contact and we gladly look forward to assisting with story and content development including special feature stories, vendors, exhibitors, and entertainment representatives.
