Cindy's foundation in agriculture, event operations, marketing, and Fair exhibitions fuels her passion for her role and the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association. She serves as the Association's liaison for the NWSF Junior & Open Exhibits, including the Meat Animal Program. A lifelong Fair enthusiast, Cindy refers to the Fair season as “the best time of the year,” just as she did growing up as a 4-H and FFA member exhibiting llamas and market lambs.

A graduate of the IAFE Institute of Fair Management, Cindy has completed professional development across the industry’s core competencies and contributes through national and state committee affiliations. Locally, she serves on the Chippewa County Tourism Council, the Chippewa Falls Police & Fire Commission, and multiple McDonell Area School affiliations.
