Cindy's foundation in agriculture, event operations, and Fair exhibitions fuels the passion for her role and the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association. She leads the Association’s marketing strategies and serves as the Association's liaison for the NWSF Junior & Open Fair, Meat Animal Program, and Fairest of the Fair committees. A lifelong fair enthusiast, Cindy refers to the Fair season as “the best time of the year,” just as she did growing up as a 4-H and FFA member exhibiting llamas and market lambs.

Her career journey took her from a tenure in financial marketing to the Fair industry. A graduate of the IAFE Institute of Fair Management, Cindy has completed professional development across the industry’s core competencies and contributes through national and state committee affiliations. Locally, she serves on the Chippewa County Tourism Council, the Chippewa Falls Police & Fire Commission, and multiple McDonell Area School affiliations.
