The 2025
NORTHERN WISCONSIN STATE FAIR (NWSF) drew an enthusiastic crowd of approximately
100,000 attendees, with Saturday marking our highest single-day attendance in 17 years! From thrilling
rides to unforgettable performances on the Leinenkugel’s Main Stage, the Fair delivered joy, excitement,
and community connection at every turn!
Looking ahead to 2026, our performances are nearly booked and promise the same soul-stirring energy
that fairgoers have come to love and expect. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to more
memories, music, and carnival magic! The recently updated Agriculture Campus provides the ideal
foundation for air-conditioned animal exhibitions and auction, educational programming, and
exceptional exhibiting experiences.
Relative to the economic & fiscal impact the NWSF makes, we’re thrilled to announce the release of a
newly published Economic & Fiscal Impact Study, developed in collaboration with the
International Association of Fairs & Expositions (IAFE®). An excerpt of this robust report is featured on the back
side of this letter. From tourism and hospitality to agriculture & retail, you’ll discover the NWSF
generates remarkable economic ripple effects across the entire Chippewa Valley!
Speaking of economics, we recognize promotional expenses remain a key variable in planning for 2026,
which is why our 2026 sponsorship values will remain at 2025 pricing, with one exception - we’ve
officially added two new signature events!
- BBQ FEST– launched this past year on September 6, this sizzling celebration of flavor and
camaraderie was a community hit with attendees, competitors, and vendors alike. 2026’s BBQ Fest
will be on Saturday, May 16.
- CHIPPEWA FALLS OKTOBERFEST– this historical and valued iconic event is now led under our
Association’s leadership and continues with the traditional autumnal charm and cultural flair. 2026’s
Chippewa Falls Oktoberfest will start Thursday evening, September 15, through Saturday, September 17.
Consequently, as we prepare for 2026, we’re not only seeking investors for our promotional partnership
packages but also exclusive Presenting Sponsors to align directly alongside all our promotional
channels. A “Presenting Sponsor” will be “joined at the hip” with the NWSF, prominently featured across
print advertising, direct mail, email marketing, media interviews, social media, and online platforms.
