Winter Storage

In early September, existing Storage Customers will be sent a message inquiring about their storage needs for the 2024-25 Winter Season. Once storage needs for returning customers is confirmed, we will open remaining space on a first come, first served basis.

If you are not an existing customer and are interested in having an item stored, please contact our Facilities Manager, Joe Seckora, at 715.864.2428.

2024 Winter Storage Rates:

• Autos/Pickups $175.00
• Boats/Campers <20’ $225.00
• Boats/Campers >20’ $13.00 per foot
• Motor Home $13.00 per foot
• Pontoon $13.00 per foot

**Hitches & overhangs will be included in footage of stored item

Property storage is by appointment only, space is not guaranteed. All storage fees must be paid in full at the time of drop-off. Customers will not have access to the stored property over the winter, however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Storage removal: March 28, 2025. Information will be emailed in early March with specific dates.
